Richard Crean is an established photographic artist and entrepreneur who was born and raised in New York City. After receiving his Bachelor's in Management and Finance from Binghamton University, he became a registered securities agent with the SEC working with various brokerages and high profile investment banks including Lehman Brothers and Oppenheimer.
Having more artistic and creative goals in life Richard went back to school, obtained a Masters in Education and left lower Manhattan's financial district. Moving to Las Vegas he taught in the Clark County School District as well as the State University System of Southern Nevada. His subject areas in teaching ranged from Chemistry and Physics to Photography, Media and Film Production. Aside from his financial background, the independent studies of Science and Visual Arts have always been a part of his life from early childhood.
In 2001, prior to the Grand Opening Celebration of the Palms Hotel and Casino, Richard's photographic fashion portfolio had been discovered by their executive management team. They instantly hired him to create forty abstract photographic images casting the Palms as an architectural work of art. Compiled into a stylish book, the artwork was presented to the Palms' top level VIPs and investors on the grand opening night. Several gallery exhibitions followed that night and were displayed at various celebrity hot spots and venues around the country, ultimately ending up at the 2003 Grammy Awards event in New York City.
Richard's artistic success, creative talent, education, and corporate experience make him a valuable and sought after asset by Advertising Directors and Managers of many top corporations.
